As Manager EU-Control Tower, you will be responsible for one of our industry verticals, specifically our tech vertical. Within this vertical, we serve several major, complex tech clients. Your expertise lies not only in streamlining goods from A to B, but also in efficiently organizing deliveries from C to F and from F to G. You’re on it.

How do you do this? You will be engaged in customer-specific reporting and involved in implementation discussions. As an extension of the customer within DSV and vice versa, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers externally. In this capacity, you will work closely with colleagues in multiple countries to ensure seamless operations. You become part of their supply chain and play an essential role in centralizing processes such as invoicing and data analytics. You achieve this by: 

• leadership. You lead the tech vertical team, which serves various tech clients. Effectively distributing customers across your team and acting as an escalation point for complex issues; 
• trend watching. Being an experienced professional in the tech sector, you are well-versed in the latest trends and developments. You understand that peak periods like Back-to-School, Black Friday, and year-end play a crucial role within the sector, requiring an "all hands-on deck" approach; 
• SLA and contract management. Collaborating with the contract manager, you establish service level agreements (SLA) and closely monitor their execution, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction; 
• reporting. Your strong analytical skills enable you to create, read, and interpret reports, efficiently monitoring team performance and customer satisfaction, making necessary adjustments when needed; 
• conducting and leading MBR/QBRs with customers in your vertical.

• extensive experience in customer service, accustomed to working with large complex clients; 
• excellent command of both Dutch and English; 
• experience in managing and leading a diverse team; 
• in-depth knowledge of the tech sector.
