In autumn we will start our logistics services regarding advanced nutrition products at our customer where quality is paramount, including HACCP and various ISO standards. So, a new location, new colleagues, fantastic challenges and you will be part of it!

How you do this? 

The logistics planner is the link between the various departments and operations in the Warehouse. It is an important signalling role and you and you ensure the coordination of work within the warehouse team. Using a forecast, you prepare the orders and take care of order allocation and monitoring. In case of disruptions, you solve them and/or adjust the planning for the entire process if necessary. In this way, everyone knows what needs to be done and staff planning can be adjusted accordingly. You work closely with the warehouse supervisor, inventory control and customer service, among others. You get this done by:

• processing data based on daily order assignments from the customer(s); 
• planning incoming or outgoing order sequences in the WMS, making overviews and communicating these internally; 
• distributing the daily operational tasks and acting as first point of contact for the employees;
• taking care of the administrative processing of the order assignments in the system.

You bring

• relevant experience (at least 2 years), within logistics is a plus; 
• high commitment, proactive attitude and meticulous; 
• willingness to work in shifts, from 6:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 24:00; 
• ability to communicate well in at least the English language (verbal and written).
