At our new location in Maastricht Airport, we are looking for you! Together with your colleagues, you will take care of a smoothly running operation so that existing and new customers are flawlessly taken care of; fantastic challenges and you will be working on them!

How will you do this? 

As an inventory controller, you are responsible for planning, setting, checking and reporting on the physical stock within our warehouse. You check and report the cycle counts generated by the system for accuracy. The more accurate these records are, the better the processes in the warehouse will run. Do you spot deviations or inventory differences? Then you switch quickly and correct them together with your team. Differences from the customer are also picked up in a ticketing system and processed by you. You work on it! You get this done by: 

• identifying differences between physical stocks and stock data in the system; 
• analysing product turnover and determining the correct placement of products in the warehouse;
• analysing the stock differences and arriving at an appropriate solution. For now, but also for the future;
• processing inventoried data in our system, printing out reports for management and operations and performing analyses independently.

You bring

• experience within a warehouse environment. In addition, do you already have experience within a similar role? Then that would be a plus; 
• good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing;
• extensive knowledge of Excel and able to quickly master new systems;
• willingness to work 2 shifts and/or shifted shifts;
• analytical skills combined with a process-oriented way of working.
