Move forward as HR Manager at DSV in Moerdijk and/or Tholen

Do your hands start itching when you read that in this role you will be responsible for the South-West Netherlands region, with some 220,000 m2 of warehouse space? Would you like to contribute to the further growth and professionalisation of our HR organisation? Your experience as HR-manager will come into its own at one of the top players in the logistics market.

Translating business and HR objectives into a suitable HR strategy within your region: you’re on it.  

How you do this? You play an essential role in connecting people, cultivating a strong corporate culture and stimulating leadership within various DSV branches in the South-West Netherlands. As a member of the management team, you act as a discussion partner and sparring partner for management, providing support on personnel issues, talent development and sickness absence management. You are responsible for the successful implementation and anchoring of various HR policy themes. In addition to the aforementioned topics, these include leadership, vitality, sustainable employability and organisational change. You achieve this by: 

  • actively contributing to the personal talent development of our employees and management; 
  • strengthening the relationship between management, middle management and employees;
  • ensuring compliance with HR legislation and regulations.

Your team stands out within DSV for its sociability and willingness to help each other. Together with your team of HR Business Partners, you are jointly responsible for the South-West Netherlands region with sites in Bergen op Zoom, Tholen and Moerdijk, so you are certainly not alone.

You bring

  • a completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Personnel and Labour; 
  • at least 3 years' experience in the role of senior HR-manager or equivalent;
  • command of the Dutch and English languages.
