Move forward as Fleet Service Specialist at DSV in Venlo

As many trailers as possible, as often and as safely as possible on the road, that's your goal! DSV challenges you to make our technical services even better!

You get it done

As a fleet service specialist, you play a key role within our organisation. Together with your team, you make daily efforts to provide a best-in-class service to customers and the internal organisation. You’re on it!

How do you do this? Together with your team, you take care of the flow of trailers on the road. In case of breakdowns and accidents, you record the damage and try to guide them to the nearest DSV workshop in the most ideal situation. Is this not possible? Then you look for plan B. You get this done by:

  • assessing technical cases from the workshop, based on cost, priority and efficiency;
  • handling various types of breakdowns on the DSV Trailer fleet throughout Europe;
  • monitoring, checking and negotiating trailer repairs in external workshops throughout Europe;
  • checking and approving invoices;
  • updating and operating the intercompany fleet management systems.

Your team stands out within DSV for its broad trailer, breakdown and damage expertise. When plan A doesn't work, you have plan B ready to go. In short, we always know how to find a suitable solution!
