STEP 1: PICK-UP SITE
You submit an order and prior to the pick-up, we agree upon the route and the critical values of the cargo. You receive tracking- and monitoring devices to be equipped on the cargo.

STEP 2: MONITORING 24/7
The cargo is undergoing transport, and the visibility control tower monitors your shipment 24/7 until drop-off. -
STEP 3: PREVENTIVE
If any issues arise during transit, the visibility control tower will take preventive action by contacting the nearest DSV branch, who will ensure the condition of the cargo. -
STEP 4: NOTIFICATION
You will be duly notified of the deviation as well as the actions taken to solve the issue. You get complete supply chain visibility. -
STEP 5: FINAL DESTINATION
Once your cargo reaches its destination, you will experience no sudden surprises due to the notifications from the visibility control tower. -
STEP 6: GO GREEN
When the shipment is delivered, you simply dispose the tracking-units or recycle them through the Go-Green initiative.
