Move forward as Customer Service Representative at DSV in Moerdijk

Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for our French-speaking customers: you work on it. 

How do you do this? You are the first point of contact for our customers. These customers come to you with all kinds of questions in which you provide our customers with the right information and appropriate advice. You do this by phone, email and social media. Within this role, you will be given the freedom to help the customer in an appropriate way at your own discretion, as we do not work with scrips.  You will achieve this by:

  • answering all questions that come in via phone, mail and social media; 
  • performing administrative tasks such as processing refunds, checking orders and processing claims, for example.

Your team stands out within DSV due to various nationalities in the team. You will work in a close, ambitious and sociable team that works well together.

You bring

  • affinity with logistics and transport; 
  • good computer skills; 
  • good command of French and either Dutch or English.
